Otrivine Adult Nasal Spray is a fast-acting decongestant designed to relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, hay fever, sinusitis, and other allergic conditions. Its active ingredient, Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1%, works by reducing swelling in the nasal passages, allowing for easier breathing. The metered-dose spray ensures precise application, preventing excessive use.

Blow your nose gently before use.
Shake the bottle before the first use.
Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the pump while inhaling gently.
Repeat for the other nostril if necessary.
Do not exceed 3 applications per day per nostril.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
Adults and children over 12 years old.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use for more than 7 days continuously to avoid rebound congestion.
Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Avoid use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid disorders.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use.
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
