Shake the bottle gently before each use.
Insert the nozzle into your nostril and close the other nostril.
Press the pump to deliver a spray into the nostril while breathing in gently through your nose.
Repeat for the other nostril.
Use as directed by your healthcare provider, typically once or twice a day.
After use, wipe the nozzle clean to prevent clogging.
