Shake the bottle gently before use.
Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Press the pump once or twice to release the spray.
Breathe in gently through the nose while spraying.
Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
Use up to 4 times a day, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children aged 6 months and above (with parental supervision)
Adults experiencing nasal congestion
Safe for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding
