- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Hold the spray upright and insert the nozzle into the nostril.
- Press down firmly while breathing in through the nose.
- Repeat for the other nostril.
- Use 2-3 sprays per nostril up to 4 times a day.
For best results, start using at the first sign of a cold and continue for 2 days after symptoms subside.
