Tiger Balm White is a trusted herbal formulation that offers fast-acting relief for various discomforts. As a topical ointment, Tiger Balm White does not contain nutritional information.
Active : cajuput oil 13.0%w/w, camphor 11.0%w/w, levomenthol 8.0%w/w and clove oil 1.5%w/w. Also contains Dementholised Mint Oil, Yellow Soft Paraffin and Hard Paraffin.
For Headaches: Apply a pea-sized amount to the forehead or temples and gently rub in a circular motion. Repeat after 30 minutes if necessary. Wash hands with soap after each application.
For Nasal Congestion: Rub the ointment onto your chest 3 to 4 times a day. You can also apply a thin layer on the sides of the nose. Wash hands with soap after each application.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not apply to wounds, damaged, or irritated skin.
Do not bandage or cover with wrap or use heating pad.
Do not use 1 hour prior to bathing or 30 minutes after bathing.
If condition worsens, severe skin irritation occurs, or pain persists for more than 7 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have sensitive skin, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately
