Alka-Seltzer Extra Strong is a fast-acting effervescent tablet that provides effective relief from pain, fever, and indigestion. It contains aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), which works as an analgesic (pain reliever), anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic (fever reducer).
