Sodium Citrate
Citric Acid
Lemon Flavoring
Aspartame (Sweetener)
Empty one sachet into a mug.
Fill with hot but not boiling water (approx. 250ml).
Stir until fully dissolved.
Allow to cool slightly before drinking.
Adults and children over 16 years: Take one sachet every 4-6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed four sachets in 24 hours.
