Almus Cold Sore Cream contains 5% w/w aciclovir, a clinically proven antiviral agent that works to treat and heal cold sores caused by the herpes simplex virus. This fast-acting cream helps to relieve discomfort, reduce the severity, and speed up the healing process when applied at the first sign of a cold sore.
Active Ingredient: Aciclovir 5% w/w
Other Ingredients: Cetyl alcohol, Liquid paraffin, White soft paraffin, Propylene glycol, Purified water, and other excipients.
Apply the cream directly to the affected area of the cold sore, ideally at the first sign of symptoms (tingling or itching).
Use the cream 5 times a day for up to 5 days or until the cold sore has healed.
Adults and children over 12 years of age.
Individuals suffering from cold sores caused by the herpes simplex virus.
Do not use if allergic to aciclovir or any other ingredients in the cream.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 5 days, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children.
For external use only. Do not swallow.
