Apply a thin layer of gel to the affected area.
Gently rub the gel into the skin until absorbed.
Wash your hands thoroughly after use, unless treating the hands.
Repeat up to 3 times per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of 2g per application (approx. 4cm of gel).
