Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange Sachets are designed to relieve constipation and help maintain regular bowel function by increasing dietary fiber intake. The active ingredient, ispaghula husk, is a natural fiber that absorbs water in the intestines, making stools softer and easier to pass.
Each sachet contains 3.5 grams of ispaghula husk. The product is gluten-free and sugar-free.
Each sachet contains 16 mg of aspartame (E951).
- Fill a glass with approximately 240 ml of cold water.
- Empty the contents of one sachet into the glass.
- Stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals.
- Do not take without water.
