Fybogel Hi-Fibre Lemon Sachets are designed to relieve constipation and help maintain regular bowel function by increasing dietary fiber intake. The active ingredient, ispaghula husk, is a natural fiber that works by absorbing water in the intestines, making stools softer and easier to pass.

Fill a glass with approximately 240 ml of cold water.
