Citric Acid, Sweeteners (Sucralose & Sorbitol), Sodium Bicarbonate, L-Carnitine Tartrate, Magnesium Oxide, Natural Lime Flavouring, Starch, Vitamin B12 (Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Ferrous Sulphate, Thiamin (Vitamin B1 HCl), Zinc Citrate, Guarana Extract (3% caffeine), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Salt), iboflavin (as Riboflavin 5-Phosphate Sodium), Folic Acid (asteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Biotin.
Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water to make a refreshing natural orange or lime flavoured drink. Take once daily as and when required.
