Omega-3 Capsules
Fish oil (source of DHA & EPA), gelatin (capsule shell), glycerol.
Take two Pregnacare postnatal tablets daily with water.
Take one Omega-3 DHA capsule daily with your main meal.
Swallow with water or a cold drink (do not chew).
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Breastfeeding mothers needing extra nutritional support.
Women recovering from childbirth.
Vegetarians (tablets only, Omega-3 capsules contain fish oil).
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Not suitable for those allergic to fish (due to the Omega-3 capsule).
