Shake the bottle well before use.
Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed.
Press the spray pump once or twice while inhaling through the nose.
Repeat for the other nostril.
Use up to 2-3 times a day as needed, but do not exceed 3 doses per nostril per day.
Adults and children over 12 years
People suffering from nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever, or sinusitis
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Consult a doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, or thyroid problems.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation or worsening symptoms occur.
