Remove the protective cap.
Rotate the nozzle to a 90-degree angle.
Point the nozzle towards the back of the throat.
Press the pump to release the spray (use as directed).
Avoid eating or drinking immediately after use for best results.
Use up to 8 sprays per day, with at least 2 hours between doses.
