Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate, Titanium dioxide (for the coating), etc.
Day Capsules (for daytime use): Take 1 capsule every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 3 capsules in 24 hours.
Night Capsules (for nighttime use): Take 1 capsule before bed as needed.
Swallow capsules whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
