The active ingredient, xylometazoline hydrochloride, works within minutes to reduce swelling and unblock the nasal passages, providing up to 10 hours of relief. Other ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate, sorbitol solution, purified water
Blow your nose gently before use.
Shake the bottle and remove the cap.
Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Spray once while inhaling gently through the nose.
Repeat in the other nostril if necessary.
Do not use more than 3 times daily and avoid prolonged use beyond 7 days.
