About Bonjela:
Applying Bonjela onto the sore area will help to numb the pain quickly because it contains a local analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-inflammatory agent to reduce any swelling. It also contains an anti-bacterial ingredient which helps fight infection.
Bonjela’s patented formula actively removes the damaged tissue. A protective barrier is then created over the ulcer which covers the nerve endings to relieve pain, and to prevent contamination, thereby providing optimum conditions for natural healing.
Carboxylic acids, mineral acid, cellulose derivative, ethanol, purified water, orange flavour.
Bonjela is applied with the soft precision applicator, forming a protective film over the ulcer. The applicator allows hygienic application so that ulcers can be targeted easily. It lasts up to 4 hours.
Do not give to adolescents under 16 years of age because there is a possible association between the derivative of salicylic acid and Reye’s Syndrome when given to children. Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
