APTAMIL 2 Follow On Milk is specifically designed for babies aged 6 to 12 months as they begin to explore new foods. With its tailored nutrient profile, it helps ensure that your baby receives the necessary vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids to support healthy growth. Enriched with a blend of prebiotics and omega-3 & omega-6 fatty acids, this formula is a good source of iron, supporting the development of the immune system and brain. Ideal for babies after breastfeeding or for those who need additional nutrition during their weaning phase.
Per 100ml (prepared as directed):
Demineralized whey powder
Vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, coconut, sunflower)
Skimmed milk
Lactose
Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS)
Fish oil
Minerals (e.g., calcium carbonate, iron sulfate)
Vitamins (e.g., Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E)
Prebiotics (FOS)
L-carnitine
DHA (Omega-3)
ARA (Omega-6)
Taurine
Boil fresh water and let it cool to approximately 40°C.
Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle.
Add the precise number of level scoops of APTAMIL Follow On Milk powder according to the feeding guide.
Close the bottle, shake well, and allow to cool to body temperature before feeding.
Always check the temperature before feeding.
Discard any unfinished milk after 1 hour.
Babies aged 6-12 months who are transitioning to solid food

Do not store prepared milk in the fridge for longer than 2 hours.
